You have a d-SLR but haven’t been able to move past Auto? Now is the time to to find our more and build your knowledge and practical skills in photography.

Alison Beaumont is a knowledgeable and experienced photography instructor (having taught over 250 individuals), let her guide you through the basics of unlocking your camera’s potential. This live video class will be 2 x 2 hour sessions. In a small group you will be guided through theory and have practical demonstrations and activities on how to navigate your camera’s manual settings, from Aperture to ISO, Jpeg to RAW, looking at each step by step to build your confidence.

You will have handouts, slides and exercises to help you get the most out of the class. Each session also will be recorded so you can review each session multiple times. The interactive format allows for time for you to ask questions in real-time.

What you will need:

Your own d-SLR camera, a good internet connection, web enabled device with video/sound (phone, tablet or computer). Have your batteries charges, lenses, tripod ready with questions you may have. You may need some props for interactive activities, the instructor will send details in advance of the first class.
