The journey

Alison’s journey as into yoga began at Invati Yoga Lake Country in 2020, completing over 1000 classes at the studio since then. Her love of Yoga on the Inside, led her to complete her 200-hour YTT Inward Focus, under the mentorship of Kelly Craig and Eddie Modestini. This foundational training deeply informs her approach, blending Kelly’s heart-led leadership with the precise, therapeutic wisdom of the Yoga on the Inside lineage.

Influenced by the teachings of Eddie Modestini and Kristen Bosteels, Alison prioritizes structural alignment and the art of "listening softly" to your body. Her classes are a sanctuary for inward-facing awareness and deep self-discovery.

Alison is available for online or in-person yoga classes reach out and she is happy to create a sequence or program that fits the needs of your group.

All bodies and all levels are welcome. Come let us support you. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply at peace.

Yoga on The Inside

Yoga on the Inside is a method of yoga pioneered by Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels.

With a strong focus on structural alignment, this practice gives students the tools to take healing into their own hands, and watch as their efforts bring deep change to all layers of their beings– physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Props are often used to explore new ways of accessing familiar poses and to tailor each pose to the unique anatomy of the student.

As a student, you will be encouraged to turn your attention inwards during the practice, learning how to bring yourself into a more meditative state even in the face of challenge.
