What is a Climate Café:

Climate Cafés are informal spaces where people can talk about their feelings and worries regarding climate change. By talking openly, learning together, and finding ways to cope. Many people find them inspiring and positive spaces to connect with others and empower each other to make a positive impact on the planet.

Disclaimer: These sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health treatment. While Climate Cafes provide a supportive environment for discussing emotions related to climate change, they are not a therapeutic or counselling service. If you are experiencing significant distress, anxiety, or mental health concerns, we strongly encourage you to seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional
